 Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS). This is a condition where a person suffers cramping or twitches in their calves. RLS often lead to insomnia because a person may not be able to sleep until early morning due to the achy feeling in their feet thus, the person may feel sleepy the following day.

 Sleep Apnea.  This is a common form of breathing –related sleep disorder due to some blockage of air passage during sleep.  Sleep apnea is rampant in obese people and a clue to this disorder is very loud snoring.

 Sleepwalking. It is a condition where a person is able to do movements while asleep including walking. Sleepwalking is common in children. A person who is experiencing sleepwalking even if awake may not be able to remember the episode that happens during the sleepwalking period. It is advisable to modify the environment if a person is having some sleepwalking behavior to avoid accidents.

These sleeping disorders can be treated by avoiding some alcohol and additives, sleeping on the side, stop smoking, eating right and having proper exercise to attain the right weight. However, if the condition worsens it is still advisable to seek medical attention.
